While we are waiting for Nvidia to announce its newest GTX 960 mid-range graphics cards, a new post over at GPU-Z validation database has possibly revealed more details regarding the GM200 high-end GPU.
Labeled as the Nvidia Quadro M6000, the GPU which showed up in the GPU-Z validation database was running on Geforce 347.09 drivers and features an unknown BIOS string, which suggest that we are actually looking at GM200/GM210 GPU.
According to leaked specifications in the post, the GPU features 3072 CUDA cores, 96 ROPs and runs on a 384-bit memory interface with 12GB of GDDR5 memory. The GPU is running at 988MHz while the memory is clocked at 6.6GHz.
Unfortunately, the rest of the details are something that is manually added to the GPU-Z so we will have to wait for those a bit longer. Nvidia is scheduled to hold a press conference on 8th of January so hopefully we will hear more about this GPU soon.
