Ubisoft delays new AC: Unity patch

More things need to be fixed

Although it should have already launch, Ubisoft has decided to delay the new Assassin's Creed: Unity patch in order to fix a bit more things before the release.

Assassin's Creed: Unity probably had the worst launch in history and it still does not work for some people, despite the fact that Ubisoft has already released three patches. Earlier this month, Ubisoft has announced the fourth patch stating that it will be the one that will fix most, if not all problems, in the Assassin's Creed Unity.

Unfortunately, according to a report from Joystiq, Ubisoft has decided to delay the fourth patch because "additional issues that need to be corrected in the game before the update can be made available."

Ubisoft noted that "We are committed to delivering major performance improvements, which requires that we refurbish the Paris map and that will take a few more days to hit the high level of quality our players deserve."

Hopefully those with both bugs and performance-related issues will not wait too long and Ubisoft will have this fourth patch ready soon.
