Corsair has expanded its gaming mouse range with two new models that will carry the same name, the Sabre RGB, and be available with either an optical or a laser sensor. This way it will be possible for each individual gamer to choose according to their preference.
The Sabre RGB from Corsair is sort of a return to the roots for the company and offer a choice for the user between an optical sensor or a laser sensor, in addition to having a RGB backlight in four different zones.
Both Sabre RGB gaming mice versions are pretty much the same with dimensions set at 124 x 80 x 38 mm and a fixed weight of 100g. Both feature eight buttons which are programmable via the CUE software and DPI can be set on four levels, each having a different color on the right edge of the mouse. The laser sensor will go from 50 to 8200DPI while the optical one will be able to go from 50 to 6400DPI.
The difference in sensors also has an effect on the price, so the Sabre Laser RGB will be sold at the price of €79.99 while the Sabre Optical RGB will be sold for €69.99.
