Today Asus unveiled yet another gaming motherboard, which supports 4th and 5th generation Intel Core CPUs: we are talking about the new H81-Gamer.

Thanks to this new ATX motherboard, Asus adds a basic motherboard to its portfolio, a motherboard which features the basic things you might need while gaming.

The motherboard features 4 DIMM slots for up to 32GB DDR3 1600 memory, a single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, three PCIe x1 slots and three PCI slots, which is everything you need to create a single GPU gaming rig. As far as storage is concerned, there are two SATA III ports and two SATA II ports, which is a bit constraining.

Since this is a gaming motherboard, it features a good integrated audio, thanks to the SupremeFX board. There are also 4 USB 3.0 ports (2 in the front, 2 in the back) and 8 USB 2.0 ports (4 in the front and 4 in the back). The new Asus H81-Gamer will be available starting from September, for 79€.
