According to a report from CVG, Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto 5 version for PC and next-gen consoles might be delayed for next year, at least unless we hear about the exact release date soon.
Back in June, Rockstar Games announced that Grand Theft Auto 5 will be coming to PC and next-gen consoles sometime during third or fourth quarter this year but, according to James Jarvis,
producer and editor at CVG, this might not happen unless Rockstar Games shows a preview or gives a precise date real soon.
“If it’s gonna be this year, you want to build the hype up a good few months before the game comes out, and there isn’t much of the year left,” James Jarvis, producer and editor at CVG, said in the video. “If the previews don’t happen really soon, there’s a possibility we won’t be seeing ‘GTA 5’ on new-gen, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, until next year.”
Hopefully, Rockstar Games will give us more information soon as GTA 5 is definitely something we would like to see on both PC as well as next-gen consoles.
