Aorus is the Gigabyte gaming's brand: they following the most recent trend, which consists on changing name to the company to sell those products which are specifically designed for gamers. Today, we can finally announce that the Aorux X7, the 17.3” gaming laptop, is available on european market.

Laptops, mice, keyboard, headsets, the Aorus portfolio is slowly getting bigger, and today they announced something that is going to please many: the Aorux X7 gaming laptop is coming to the european market.

Placed inside a 22.9mm thick body with a weight of 3kg, the Aorus X7 features an Intel Core i7 4860HQ CPU, four DDR3L slots (up to 32GB of RAM), a GTX 860M SLI with 8GB of GDDR5 memory, a Full HD 17.3” display, three mSATA slots that can fit up to three SSD in Raid 0 configuration, one SATA slot, 802.11ac WiFi, Killer LAN. As far as audio is concerned, the Aorus X7 features two speakers and two sub woofer.

The specific model which is presented by Aorus features 16GB of RAM, three 128GB mSATA SSDs and a 1TB 7200rpm HDD, and it's selling for 2199€, a price that might scare a lot of us.
