Since we are getting closer to the launch of Intel's Haswell-E HEDT platform, it does not come as a surprise that we are starting to see some of the first details regarding X99 based motherboards and today we have a chance to check out MSI's X99S SLI Plus motherboard which company teased on its Facebook page.

While MSI did not shed any details regarding the motherboard, the picture shows a beautiful full-black LGA2011 X99 based motherboard which features eight DDR4 slots, four PCI-Express x16 slots, two PCI-Express x1 slots, SATA Express and M.2 slot and eight standard SATA ports.



Of course, you can also see MSI's design and layout decisions, including the all new full-black color scheme choice, which does not look half bad.
