OCZ ha annunciato di aver ricevuto l'approvazione da parte del Tribunale Fallimentare degli Stati Uniti, ora è in grado di vendere gli assets SSD a Toshiba.


Secondo i dettagli, l'accordo è previsto per settimana prossima e permetterà ad OCZ di continuare con i propri SSD grazie ad un grande aiuto da Toshiba.

OCZ ha dichiarato che saranno svelati ulteriori dettagli e informazioni, per quanto riguarda l'acquisizione di Toshiba, molto presto.
