Nexus 5 leaks at Google Play Store

US $349 price tag revealed

Google is certainly having a hard time in keeping the wraps on its upcoming LG Nexus 5 smartphone and now it has even leaked in its own backyard, the Google Play Store revealing the US $349 price tag for the 16GB version.

While most details for the upcoming Nexus 5 have been already revealed there is not much to see here either. It will be built around a 5-inch 1920x1080 screen and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 2.3GHz clocked SoC. While we currently only have the price for the 16GB version it is quite certain that we will see a larger storage option as soon as it becomes officially available.

The new press image is pretty much the same as the ones leaked before including the new Android 4.4 KitKat UI with simpler icons and no black bar that separates the buttons from the rest of the screen, as well as the new wallpaper.

Google is expected to "officially" launch the Nexus 5 pretty soon.
