NAS for home user
Synology has announced the release and availability of its latest affordable and energy-efficient dual-bay NAS aimed at home users, the DiskStation DS213j.
The new DiskStation DS213j NAS is powered by a 1.2GHz clocked CPU with integrated FPU paired up with 512MB of RAM. It comes with Synology's DiskStation Manager (DSM 4.2) that makes feature and accessibility easily available to users. It also feature Cloud Station and DS cloud mobile app features and also offer wide range mobile apps including DS photo+, DS audio and DS cloud apps.
In case you wondering, it can take up to two 4TB HDDs in Synology Hybrid RAID, Basic, JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1 modes.
The new Synology DiskStation DS213j will be available globally in the next few days.
