A few months ago, PowerColor has unveiled several pictures of a GPU prototype. The concept was based on an AMD Radeon RX Vega with shorter PCB. PowerColor has been quiet for several months and now the company might unveil the Radeon RX Vega Nano during next Computex 2018.

At the moment there aren't many details in terms of specs and performance numbers, but it's clear that the aesthetics on PowerColor's version is a far cry from the original RX Vega Nano. For example the cooler shroud was made out brushed aluminum while on this model comes with a black finish. In addition also the power connectors are a bit different; while on the original model there was a single 8-pin power connector, on the PowerColor model we see one 8-pin and one 6-pin power connectors.

According to several rumours, both PowerColor and Sapphire are working on "Nano Editions" of RX Vega. While PowerColor will use Vega 56 GPU core, there isn't any information on the Sapphire version. So far PowerColor has not revealed details on pricing and availability on their Radeon RX Vega Nano but we are sure we will know more during upcoming weeks.
