There are plenty of interesting projects on Kickstarter and the Z, made by Swiftpoint, caught our attention as it promises to be the most advanced gaming mouse ever made.
Spotted by Hexus.net, Swiftpoint Z had a funding goal of US $140,000 but has quickly went over it and managed to get around US $230,000 with still around a month left.
Swiftpoint promises that the Z will be faster, more precise and provide more intuitive interaction with your computer by offer 80 mappable button actions with 17 physical buttons and pivot, tilt and roll functions and plenty more.
It will be based on Pixart PMW3360 sensor with 200-12,000 DPI sensor, have 17 buttons of whic six will offer click, trigger and finger tip actions, have OLED screen and RGB lighting and plenty of other interesting features.
Those that pledge will also get a special mouse pad and a neat brushed aluminum cube which doubles up as a cable holder.
Currently, you can pledge US $149 for a limited edition Kickstarter pack and the Z should ship sometime before the end of this year.
