ASUS has joined the list of motherboard manufacturers which have released motherboard BIOS updates which brings support for Intel's upcoming Broadwell-E CPUs on Intel X99 Express chipset based motherboards.

According to ASUS, all ASUS X99 Express chipset motherboards now have BIOS update and ASUS made sure that these come with comprehensive and detailed online tutorials in order to make the BIOS update as easy as possible.

ASUS was keen to note that its X99 Series motherboards feature ASUS USB BIOS Flashback feature which allows users to apply UEFI BIOS updates quite easily, by simply downloading the latest BIOS to a USB flash drive and easily update the BIOS. The other way is by using the EZ Flash 2 utility which is built into the UEFI BIOS.

ASUS also released a list of compatible X99 Series motherboard which will be getting a BIOS update for the upcoming Intel Broadwell-E CPUs.
