G.Skill has announced its latest addition to the Ripjaws SO-DIMM DDR4 memory lineup, the Ripjaws DDR4-3000 CL16, which will be available in 8GB and 16GB modules and 16GB and 32GB kits.
Aimed to be used in high-end notebooks and SFF PCs, the new G.Skill Ripjaws SO-DIMM DDR4 memory will be available in 8GB and 16GB modules (16GB and 32GB kits) and work at 3000MHz frequency with 16-18-18-43 latency at 1.2V.
The new Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM support Intel's latest XMP 2.0 standard designed for Intel 6th generation Core Skylake CPUs and should be available in April.
Unfortunately, G.Skill did not reveal any details regarding the price but since Ripjaws 32GB DDR4-2800 kit sells for around €200, we do not expect these to be cheap either.
