Although it is not yet available in Europe, it appears that Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a serious design flaw as you could damage it by inserting the S Pen the wrong way.

While the problem is noted in the user manual, it is still a design flaw as it could permanently damage the device. When inserted the wrong way, the S Pen gets stuck and when pulled out it could damage the mechanism which detects if the S Pen is in the phone or out for use. While it won't kill your brand new Galaxy Note5, it will still damage it enough for it to become useless.

While you might get used to checking if the S Pen is going in the right way, this poses a big problem if you give your Note5 to someone else or simply forget to check.

Samsung is aware of the issue and was aware of the issue when the Note5 was launched but still says that users should follow the instructions and does not plan to do anything about it.

AndroidPolice.com managed to break their review sample quite easily, as you can see from the video below. In any case, if you have the new Galaxy Note5, be sure to keep an eye on the S Pen.
