Corsair unveils Hydro Series HG10 GPU cooling bracket

For all its Hydro Series CPU coolers

During Computex 2014, Corsair has announced the new Hydro Series HG10 GPU cooling bracket, which will allow any of Corsair's Hydro Series liquid CPU coolers to be used on any graphics card, thus, according to Corsair, provide all-in-one cooling solution, reduce GPU temperatures, cut down the fan noise, reduce GPU throttling and boost the overclocking potential of any graphics card.

The new Corsair Hydro Series HG10 GPU bracket is compatible with certain reference design graphics cards and features a full-cover design, which means that it will not only take care of the GPU, but also the VRM and the memory part of the graphics card. As far as we can tell, the HG10 will be available in two version, the HG10 A1 Edition and the HG10 N1 Edition, supporting AMD's Radeon R9 290X/290 graphics cards and Nvidia's Geforce GTX Titan, 780 Ti, 780 and 770 graphics cards.

As noted earlier, the new Corsair HG10 GPU bracket will be compatible with Corsair's Hydro Series H110, H105, H100i, H100, H80i, H80, H75, H60 and H55 CPU coolers and will, according to Corsair, provide hassle-free installation as it re-uses the stock cooler's radial fan, which will still cool the memory and VRM part.

According to Corsair, the new HG10 GPU bracket will be available for AMD R9 290/290X graphics in June while Nvidia and other future version are expected later this year. The HG10 A1 Edition will be priced at US $39.99 and backed by a two year warranty.
