Google has meanwhile announced their version of Android for Android wear. At the same time, LG and Motorola have presented their first smartwatches, based on the new operating system. In case of LG the gadget is called G watch and Motorola has been showing the Moto 360.
Unfortunately there are almost no details available at all but at least there is one picture of, what appears to be, LG's upcoming G Watch. In case of the specs it is known, that the LG G Watch comes with a 1.65 inch display and 280 x 280 pixel resolution, which equals 240 DPI. When it comes to the Moto 360 it's only known the watch has a diameter of 46 millimeter and the gadget will be water repellent, but not water resistent.
So far there is no word on availability, but still we think it's likely that LG as well as Motorola will show first devices in June. It would make sense to see some of the first Android Wear when this years Google I/O 2014 opens its doors.
