Today we have the pleasure to show you the result obtained by the Exceleram Team, where Wolfynight was able to overcome the barrier of 7.9 GHz with an AMD FX-8350 CPU and LN2. Unfortunately Diego failed to push it further, since the CPU died at 2.15 Volts.

Diego "Wolfynight" used a platform based on the AMD FX-8350 cooled with liquid nitrogen, ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard and Teamgroup RAM. The 7961.8MHz result is not a bad score, and we surely hope that we will see it go over 8 GHz soon! Congratulations to Wolfynight and we hope he will find another CPU which could be pushed even further.
