Microsoft to accept Android Apps on Windows Phone?

What a marriage

Microsoft definitely did not do well when it comes to mobile market and the main reason was the clear lack of apps, where both Android and iOS were doing a lot better. According to latest set of rumors, it appears that Microsoft is seriously considering to allow Android apps to run on both Windows and Windows Phone OS.

While some think that Microsoft was far off and should simply dump Windows Phone and replace it with its own version of Android, something that Amazon is doing quite well, sources close to Microsoft suggested to The Verge that Microsoft is considering to allow Android apps to run on its OS. According to details, some inside the company really favor the idea while others believe it will be the final nail in the Windows platform coffin.

This is definitely a radical move for Microsoft, which usually kept its software and products in closed space but currently it practically does not have any other options.

We are certainly looking forward to any decision that Microsoft makes and we will surely keep an eye on it.
