Biostar has unveiled its newest micro-ATX motherboard based on Intel's H81 Express chipset, the H81MLC. Featuring support for Intel's 4th generation Core i7 and Core i5 CPUs, the new motherboard packs quite a few feature considering that it is based on micro-ATX form-factor and aimed at entry-level motherboard market.
The specifications list kicks off with support for up to 16GB of DDR3-1600 memory in dual-channel configuration, single PCI-Express 3.0 and one PCI-Express x1 slot, two SATA 6Gbps and four SATA 3Gbps ports, 7.1-channel Realtek ALC892 audio, two USB 3.0 port, and pretty much anything you might need in case you are building small form factor system or an HTPC. It also comes with support for Intel's Rapid Start Technology and Smart Connect Technology.
The new motherboard is already listed in Europe with a price tag of around €40.
