Although its own Swiftech H220 was one of the best AiO water cooling units on the market, a lawsuit and agreement with Asetek made it disappear from the market but it looks like that Swiftech will be back soon with a completely new design and the H220X AiO water cooler.

According to a report and pictures from Hardware360, it appears that Swiftech went back to the drawing board and came up with a rather interesting new design which incorporates the pump and reservoir in the radiator while the cooling block is a unit of its own. While the design might have some clearance issues in cramped up cases, we must admit that it does look really interesting.

According to Hardware360, Swiftech will offer the new H220X in three different radiator sizes and include the pump which will be strong enough for additional hardware, in case you decide to include the graphics cards into the water cooling loop.

In any case, we are certainly looking forward to the Swiftech H220X and all we need now is Switftech to release it and to see some performance numbers.
