Just a few days after we have a pleasure to see Asrock's M8 chassis designed in cooperation with the BMW Group Designworks USA, iBuyPower decided to offer gaming system designed around this chassis. As it offers enough room for a standard PCI-Express x16 graphics cards it was just a matter of time before some system integrator decide to make a gaming system out of it.
Starting at a rather modest US $999 which includes Intel Core i3-4130 CPU with Intel HD IGP, standard Asrock Z87-M8 motherboard, 8GB of DDR3-1600 memory, 1TB HDD, slot-loading DVDRW and Windows 8.1 64-bit OS the new iBuyPower M8 mini-ITX can be customized and upgraded to up to Core i7-4770K CPU, up to 16GB of DDR3-1600 memory, up to AMD Radeon HD 270X 2GB or Nvidia GTX 770 graphics card (most likely limited by standard 450W PSU), up to 2TB of WD Black HDD space or up to 512GB of SSD storage for primary and up to 4TB of HDD space for secondary HDD, slot loading optical drive and bunch of other features that could take it to up to around US $2000.
We must admit that it looks rather interesting but as always, you either like the design or your simply do not, so it is up to you.
