In order to fully cover the motherboard range with the latest chipsets and form-factors, Biostar has announced the new mini-ITX Hi-Fi B85N 3D motherboard based on Intel's B85 chipset.

Based on mini-ITX form factor perfect for small form factor (SFF) and home-theater PCs (HTPCs), the new Biostar Hi-Fi B85N 3D supports Intel's 4th generation Core Haswell socket 1150 CPUs, has two DDR3 DIMM memory slots with support for up to 16GB of DDR3-1600/1333 memory, DVI, VGA, HDMI outputs, Hi-Fi Power and Hi-Fi AMP features that include built-in headphone amplifier, 100% solid capacitors, and all other features that you would expect from standard mini-ITX motherboard.

Biostar also included its own BIO-Remote2 and BIOS Online Update features but did not shed any light regarding the availability date or the actual price of the new Biostar Hi-Fi B85N 3D motherboard.
