According to a leaked advertisement and box art that showed up at the US Target and the UK Tesco retailers, it appears that the upcoming Call of Duty game will actually be called Ghosts, rather than Modern Warfare 4.

Unfortunately, since both retailers leaked a different dates it is still not clear if the new Call of Duty: Ghosts will actually launch in November or December. There is not much to see from the box art other that the game is developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision.

Both retailers pulled their leaked details but both Joystiq and IGN managed to snap a screenshot of it. In any case, we'll certainly see more as the end of the year is still far away.
