Team Group has shown their L5 LITE-3D SSDs series, which are based on 3D NAND Flash memory. The L5 LITE-3D drives are available with 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacity. All the L5 LITE-3D SSDs come with a 2.5-inch enclosure measuring 7mm in height, which makes them suitable for ultrabooks as well.



Read and write speeds of the Team Group L5 LITE-3D series are mentioned to top out at 470MB/s, while the manufacturer is saying that this performance can be achieved with all different file types. In terms of endurance the MTBF is set to 1'000'000 hours on all the drives. Regarding random read/write performance these drives can hit up to 70k/70k IOPS.

All those drives support 256bit AES encryption, power loss protection and Team Group offers a three year warranty plan. In addition, like all modern SSDs, these drives support S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and NCQ. As we already mentioned pricing is really attractive with these drives. According to Geizhals these are the current prices in Europe: 120GB €60.32 Euro, 240GB €81.85 Euro and 480GB €150.39 Euro.
