According to a couple of leaked pictures, Zotac might be looking to offer a cheaper GTX 1070 graphics card that will have a similar cooler to the Founders Edition but coming in an all-black color scheme.
The picture of the Zotac GTX 1070 Reference Edition has been spotted in Malaysia and while it is still not clear if it will be available all around the world, Zotac claims that this one is perfect for liquid cooling setups as it features a reference PCB.
It also should be cheaper than your standard GTX 1070 since it is all stock but we must say that the reference blower-style cooler looks much better in black.
Since it comes with a reference PCB, it is safe to assume that it also comes with stock clocks, or 1506MHz for the GPU base and 1683MHz for the GPU Boost clock. In case you missed it, the GTX 1070 packs 1920 CUDA cores, 120 TMUs and 64 ROPs and comes with 8GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 2.0GHz and paired up with a 256-bit memory interface.
We will certainly keep an eye on this "GTX 1070 reference edition" from Zotac and hopefully we will see it on some retail/e-tail shelves outside of Malaysia.
