SilentiumPC has unveiled its newest edition of the Fortis 3 CPU cooler, the Fortis 3 HE1425 Malik Customs Edition. The new edition is a result of cooperation between SilentiumPC and a well known custom system builder, Malik, owner of Malik Customs.

The new Fortis 3 Malik Customs Edition CPU cooler combines the thermal capabilities fo the original Fortis 3 with a new level of customization and design, thanks to Malik Customs. The main heatsink is now coated in dark nickel and the cooler comes with four interchangable top plates in four different colors, making it easier to match with the rest of the system.

In case you missed it earlier, the Fortis 3 HE1425 MCE is a single-tower type CPU cooler with five 6mm heatpipes transfering heat from the cooler base to large heatsink with 38 aluminum fins.

With 158mm height, the Fortis 3 HE1425 MCE is one of the most compact tower-type coolers equipped with a 140mm fan. It comes bundled with Sigma PRO 140 fan spinning between 500 and 1400rpm and featureing a new blade design. The cooler support all modern AMD and Intel sockets and comes bundled with Pactum PT-1 thermal compound.

According to SilentiumPC, the new Fortis 3 HE1425 Malik Customs Edition should be already available with a price set at US $45/€49,99.
