Cooltek has expanded its well known Gaming Tower PC case series with a new compact mini-tower PC case, the GT-05. The new GT-05 will, according to Cooltek, offer exceptional functionality, stylish design and outstanding quality, all with an attractive price.
With black piano lacquer finish on both the cover and the front and with plastic elements in matte black, the GT-05 looks quite good and comes with a single 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch external drive bay. With dimensions set at 354x267x405mm, it is obvious that the Cooltek GT-05 is a rather compact case.
Split in two thermal zones, with upper for motherboard, graphics cards, optical drives and 2.5-inch HDD/SSD, while lower zone is reserved for PSU and 3.5-inch drives, the GT-05 allows easy hardware installation, mostly thanks to its design which allows it to be "unfolded".
As you would have guessed so far, it support mATX and mini-ITX motherboards, has four PCI expansion slots, has a total of three one 3.5inch, single 5.25-inch and single 2.5-inch drive bays, and supports up to 165mm tall CPU cooler and up to 340mm long graphics cards.
As far as cooling goes, the GT-05 supports single 120mm rear fan (bundled with the case), single 120/140mm at the front and another optional 120mm fan at the top.
The Cooltek GT-05 is expected in stores as of next week with an MSRP of €49.99.
