Samsung has confirmed that it is working on an Ultra HD resolution Super AMOLED display which should be available in 2015 and should be used on upcoming Samsung Galaxy 5 Note phablet.
Samsung already confirmed that it is working on an Ultra HD 3840x2160 Super AMOLED screen a while back with a slide and now the company confirmed that a higher-resolution UHD smartphone is coming later this year. According to
a report from Phonearena.com, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phablet could end up with a 5.89-inch UHD display which should add up to a rather impressive pixel density of 748ppi.
The same report also suggest that there will be two versions of the Galaxy Note 5 so the Galaxy Note 5 Edge could end up with a dual-edge 5.78-inch screen which adds up to even slightly higher 762ppi of pixel density.
Samsung is expected to announced its Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 5 Edge at IFA 2015 show in Berlin scheduled to kick off on September 4th.
