While Nvidia announced that the suggested price of its newly released GTX Titan X graphics card will be US $999, the situation is not that great in Europe as the suggested price is set at €1.026, before taxes.
While it was expected that European price will be somewhere around €999, due to weak state of euro against US dollar, the situation is a bit different as the GTX Titan X suggested price is set at €1.026 before taxes.
According to Computerbase.de, Germany got the best deal with a price set at €1.149, while France, Spain, Holland and Belgium will have a suggested price of €1.199. Italy and most Baltic countries will get the GTX Titan X for a suggested price of €1.249 while Finland drew a shorter straw with €1.269 price. In Switzerland, the GTX Titan X will have a 1199 CHF suggested price tag while in the UK it will go for GBP 879.
According to the same report, retailers/e-tailers in Europe are already accepting pre-orders and first Titan X graphics cards should ship by the end of this month. While most of these early Titan X graphics cards will be based on a reference design, EVGA has already announced factory-overclocked and Hydro Copper version with a water block but there is still no precise availability date.
