HyperX, which is a well known division of Kingston Technology, was quite keen to announce that its HyperX Predator DDR4 memory managed to break the frequency overclocking record by reaching 4351MHz.
The memory was overclocked by Toppc overclocker from MSI and was done on a single 4GB HyperX Predator 3333MHz DDR4 module which was overclocked on MSI's X99S XPOWER AC motherboard. The memory was running at 2175.9MHz at 19-21-21-63 latencies and the motherboard was paired up with Intel's Core i7-5960X CPU.
Kingston was also happy to announce that its HyperX Predator DDR4 memory currently holds ten out of twenty memory clock records and eight of those were set at the recent HyperX OC Takeover (HOT) World Finals event held during CES 2015 show in January.
Couple of other memory manufacturers, in cooperation with memory overclockers, have recently broke plenty of DDR4 memory overclocking records and we have a feeling that this is not the end and that we will see even higher results soon.
