Microsoft has announced that they will put additional pressure on competition by offering US $50 price cut on the Xbox One during this holiday season, pushing the console from US $399 down to US $349.


That same price cut will apply to Xbox One bundles, including the Assassin’s Creed: Unity Bundle, white The Sunset Overdrive Xbox One console bundle and the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Xbox One bundle with 1TB of HDD space.

According to what we can hear so far, this is only a limited time promotion that will run from November 2nd to January 3rd and there is no word if the US $50 price cut will be permanent. It is also obvious that this is only a North America promotion and there is no word regarding the same promotion in other regions.

Sony is also quiet and there is no word on holiday price cuts for Playstation 4.
