The creators of the Raspberry Pi project have promised a screen for their mini PC and today, we have some more information regarding it.
The Raspberry Pi is definitely one of the most successful projects, with sales reaching 4 million units, new versions of the motherboard in addition to a very good reception by the growing community of DIYers in all genres.
In an interview with TechCrunch, Eben Upton, founder of the Raspberry, unveiled a 7-inch touchscreen that will easily transform the Raspberry Pi (of any style) into a tablet. Not the fastest tablet on the market, but definitely one of the most configurable one out there.
The base of the project is not to simply offer a touch screen allowing everyone to build its own tablet, but rather to offer a new option to all ingenious users who constantly succeed wonders with this small Mini-PC. The full interview can be found on
