Lenovo has definitely hit the sweet spot with its Yoga 2 Pro notebook earlier and has now unveiled its successor, the Yoga 3 Pro notebook which is powered by Intel's new Broadwell based Core M CPU.
According to Lenovo, the new Yoga 3 Pro is 17 percent thinner, or precisely 12.8mm thick, as well as 15 percent lighter, or 1.19kg, than the Yoga 2 Pro predecessor. It is still built around a 13.3-inch 32000x1800 QHD+ display protected by Gorilla Glass, but now features the new "watchband" hinge, made from over 800 individual pieces of steel and aluminum.
As far as the specs go, the Yoga 3 Pro notebook is based on Intel's new Broadwell Core M-70 CPU paired up with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of SSD storage. It also features 802.11ac 5GHz WiFi and battery that should keep it running for around nine hours, according to Lenovo. It will be available in three color choices, silver orange and gold.
The new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro tablet will should already be available with a price starting at €1,599/US $1,349.
