Qualcomm upcoming Snapdragon 810 SoC spotted

Shows up in AnTuTu score

Qualcomm's newest and upcoming Snapdragon 810 chipset has showed up in AnTuTu benchmark list showing and while there is still no final benchmark score, AnTuTu described it as impressive.

More importantly, the benchmark listing spotted by GforGames site, shows some of the first specifications of this upcoming high-end 64-bit Qualcomm SoC. In case you missed it earlier, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 will be the company's first 20nm design and will be based on four Cortex A57 high-power cores and four Cortex A53 low-power cores, while the graphics part will be handled by the new Adreno 430 GPU.

The benchmarked prototype packs a 6.2-inch 2560x1600 screen and chipset is backed by 4GB of RAM. The CPU cores, most likely Cortex A57 ones, were clocked at rather low 940MHz, so it is too early to talk about the actual performance.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset should start to show up with Google Android L OS devices so we will have to wait for it a bit longer.
