Deepcool, which is mostly famous for its CPU coolers, unveiled a new PC case featuring an interesting design, which was inspired by the Steam Punk style, the Deepcool Steam Castle. The new case is compatible with micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards and packs a few features that reminds us of a bench table, but inside a standard case.
The Deepcool Steam Castle PC case will be sold in four different colors, black, red, white and yellow. The Steam Punk inspiration is not that obvious if you look at the black model, but the others, which are much brighter, will enhance this particular style in its full glory.
As we already hinted, the inside could recall something like a benchtable as you get a horizontal plate where you fit the motherboard while underneath it there is a room for the PSU and an HDD cage with two slots for 2.5”/3.5” drives. On the top of the case there is a 5.25” slot with a 3.5” adapter, which can fit another drive. As far as the internal space is concerned, the Steam Castle can fit GPUs as long as 420mm and one 240mm radiator on the top. Ventilation wise, there is a 120mm fan in the back, while you can install an optional 200mm fan in the front.
The I/O panel is on the right side, and it features, besides the Power button, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, and audio jacks. It should be released in July, but we still do not know a lot of things about it. What we do know, is the price, set at 88.99€.
