HIS has unveiled its newest version of the Radeon RX 460 graphics card, which will feature a custom PCB, factrory-overclock and a custom dual-slot cooler with a single-fan, the HIS Radeon RX 460 iCooler OC.

During Computex 2014, HIS has displayed a rather unique version of the Radeon R9 290X graphics card which actually features a factory-fitted liquid cooling solution, similar to the one found on the reference Radeon R9 295X2 graphics card, the HIS Radeon R9 290X IceQ Hybrid.

HIS, also known as the Hightech Information System, has announced its own HIS R9 295X2 Liquid Cooler graphics card which is basically a reference design AMD Radeon R9 295X2 with a rather fancy name.

One could think the reason for factory overclocking an R9 290X is that it's not fast enough, but as we all know it isn't. HIS decided to make a really fast card even faster by overclocking it and equipping it with a more powerful cooler.

According to a product page which showed up over at Overclockers.co.uk, HIS is working on a new custom-cooled R9 290X graphics card, the HIS Radeon R9 290X IceQ X2 Turbo.
