Cooler Master has announced its new semi-DIY high-performance CPU liquid cooler, the Glacer 240L. According to Cooler Master, the Glacer 240L is modular and expandable semi-DIY system that should offer the utmost in performance and convenience.


The Cooler Master Glacer 240L was actually designed in the United States and produced in cooperation with Swiftech, a company well known in the cooling business. The Glacer 240L is, according to Cooler Master, the result of a cooperation between companies with over a decade of experience and is an exclusive product that should bring high performance cooling and support for additional liquid cooled components that set it apart from a market saturated by AIO liquid cooling solutions.

The CM Glacer 240L is basically still a fully sealed and pressure tested AIO solution that offer maintenance-free use for three years while also offer DIY support with enthusiast grade 5/8" OD black PVC tubing secured by swivel fittings. Specs wise, the CM Glacer 240L features Swiftech optimized 3500RPM pump that provides 165L/hr flow rate and 2650 mm H2O, which should be enoug even for addition of multiple components in the loop. It also feature two 120mm Blademaster fans, premium radiator with integrated reservoir and SATA power.

According to Cooler Master, the Glacer 240L will be available in October in the USA while price and availability in the rest of the world still remains a mystery.
