Mach Xtreme MX-Express PCIe SSDs now available

PCI-Express based for up to 850MB/s of performance

Mach Xtreme has now announced the availability of its Mach Xtreme MX-Express PCIe SSDs that will use PCI-Express 2.0 x2 interface, be available in capacities of up to 1TB and offer blazing performance of up to 850MB/s with up to 100k of IOPS random performance.


While SATA 6Gbps is usually the main bottleneck for SSDs, Mach Xtreme has announced the availability of its new MX-Express PCI-Express based SSDs that will offer transfer speeds of up to 850MB/s for read and up to 800MB/s for write. data access is at 0.1ms while maximum random 4k performance is at up to 100k IOPS.

To be available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities, the MX-Express PCIe SSDs promise the start of a new era with European availability that will go beyond SATA III (SATA 6Gbps) standard. Based on Sandforce controller, the MX-Express PCIe SSDs will also offer TRIM, RAID 0, DuraClass, DuraWrite, RAISE protection and Garbage collection features and ship with additional low profile PCIe blade that can be used with media center, HTPC or any other low profile case.

The MX-Express PCIe SSDs have an average life expectancy of 2.5 million hours and will be price at €309.90 for the 128GB, €379.90 for the 256GB, €669.90 for the 512GB and €1449.90 for the 1TB version.
