AMD's new Never Settle bundle coming in August

To be called Never Settle Forever

During its interview with VR-Zone, AMD's VP of Channel Sales and an ex. Nvidia chap that was the real driving force behind the Nvidia The Way It's Meant To Be Played (TWIMTBP), Roy Taylor, shed some light on the upcoming Never Settle bundle scheduled to launch in August as the Never Settle Forever.

There has been a lot of rumors and leaks regarding the upcoming Never Settle bundle, but now we have some a bit more precise details. According to Roy Taylor, the new Never Settle bundle will be called Never Settle Forever and although he did not reveal any more details regarding the actual game titles he did note that Battlefield 4 is definitely one of the most impressive titles from technical side and that AMD is doing some stunning things with it, so it is safe to assume that it will be a part of the new bundle.

A leaked slide that showed up earlier showed games like Grid 2, Company of Heroes 2, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Lost Planet 3, Raven’s Cry, Battlefield 4, Total War: Rome 2 and Watch Dogs but it is not clear which titles will come with the launch of AMD's Volcanic Islands series of GPUs and in which timeframe but it is now clear that at least one Never Settle bundle comes in August. Of course, some of the titles leaked in the slide are actually TWIMTBP titles and some did not declare their affiliation to either side or bundle so there has been a lot of confusion on that side.

AMD is quite happy with Never Settle bundles and it is quite clear that it helped it a lot with GPU sales as getting a hefty bonus in games is apparently enough to push consumers/buyers in the "right" direction.
