Apple employees jumping ship

Sending resumes to startups

According to information coming from Business Insider site, there has been a growing level of dissatisfaction among Apple executives and employees as there has been a rise in resumes send-out that other companies and startups are receiving from Apple guys.

It looks like all is not well at Apple, as employees, even high ranking one as executives, seems to be preparing to jump the ship. One investor noted that Apple executives and employees now have a greater willingness to explore leaving and there is a growing level of dissatisfaction within the company. Another one shared with Business Insider that he has seen a growth in incoming resumes from current Apple employees. According to some of those current job-seekers, it appears that startups are currently paying more than Apple and more importantly, Apple culture has started to change with the new leadership on top.

A month ago, one of top Apple reporter/analysts, Jonh Gruber noted that there is going to be a big problem coming up and that we might see a draining of really bright engineering and design talent at the company. Gruber now noted that it is unlikely that we will see a "rats leaving sinking ship" scenario but that we currently see some "talented people capitalizing on the success of the company" and that "Apple employees are in high demand, pure and simple".
