ADATA Technology hat verlauten lassen, dass man seine neuen DDR4 RDIMM Module in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Intel entwickelt und diese dann zu den kommenden Intel Xeon E5-2600 V3 Produkten kompatibel sein sollen.
Zu Beginn werden Module mit Speicherkapazitäten von 4, 8 und 16 Gigabyte verfügbar sein. Die Tatkraten werden bei 2133 MHz liegen und die Spannung 1.2 Volt betragen. Die neuen RDIMM (ECC Registered DIMM) DDR4 Speichermodule werden vor allem in Cloud Servern, Sotrage Servern sowie im Netzwerk-Umfeld Verbreitung finden.
