Nvidia's Geforce GTX Titan might be quite an expensive piece of technology but it is still one of the fastest single GPU graphics card on the market. According to the latest information and first pictures, it appears that Gigabyte wants to make it even better by preparing a custom version of the Geforce GTX Titan.
According to first pictures, Gigabyte plans to pair up the Titan with its flagship Windforce 3X cooler. Seen previously on Gigabyte's custom Radeon HD 7970 and Geforce GTX 680 graphics cards, the Windforce 3X features three ultra-quiet PWM fans, three 8mm copper heatpipes and some quite hefty heatsinks.
The reference Geforce GTX Titan cooler does a pretty good job in keeping the graphics card and its components well cooled and Nvidia was pretty clear that all partners will have to stick with reference cooler. According to Gigabyte, this Titan will make full use of Nvidia's GPU Boost 2.0 as it will have an increased wattage rating thus squeezing out even more performance.
Unfortunately, details regarding the actual release date have not been disclosed.
