In an interview with Games Industry International, Gamestop CEO, J. Paul Raines said that Microsoft's Xbox 360 successor will be a very hot and very compelling device. Ubisoft's CEO, Yannis Mallat added that it will be more social and connected than the Xbox 360 and be aligned with similar specifications and features to Sony's Playstation 4.


Scheduled for unveiling later this month, the upcoming successor of the Xbox 360, aka Next Xbox will apparently be a very interesting device considering that both Ubisoft CEO and the CEO of Gamestop are quite excited about it. Although we expect that it will be based on similar hardware as the Playstation 4, we are quite sure that we'll see some differences between them making the choice between them that much harder.


Gamestop's CEO admitted that they have been spending a lot of time with Microsoft and that, beside being a very hot and compelling device, we'll see some very cool stuff and interesting announcements.


Ubisoft's CEO focused on a fact that the Next Xbox will be connected, social, immersive and interactive, and feature some mind-blowing and amazing graphics thanks to the next-gen technology.


All we need now is for Microsoft to finally announce its Next Xbox console.
