Asus is apparently working on a Black version of its ROG Rampage IV Extreme motherboard based on Intel X79 Express chipset.
Other than a different color scheme that uses a touch of grey on DIMM and PCI-Express slots, the new Black version is pretty much identical to the original Rampage IV Extreme. It is still not clear if Asus will include some new features and new bundle with this one.
In case you missed it, the ROG Rampage IV is based on Intel X79 Express chipset and supports Intel LGA2011 socket CPUs, has five PCI-Express slots with support for 4-way SLI/CFX, support for up to 64GB of quad-channel DDR3 in eight slots and comes fully packed with overclocking features like on-board buttons, V-check points, debug LED and more.
The ROG Asus site also mentiones that few of these motherboards are currently at Nvidia HQ so we might see more of it pretty soon. Unfortunately, the price or the actual availability date have not been announced.
