It looks like that Noctua will have some big changes in its lineup with the addition of their Sterrox fans. Furthermore the company will update and improve several old heatsink designs in order to meet the current standards.
First of all, the company has unveiled several prototypes of their next generation fans. With the NF-A-Series, Noctua aims to achieve an unprecedented level of quiet cooling performance. Due to the Sterrox LCP material that Noctua uses in this fans, the company has reduced the distance between the blade and the frame. The lineup will include five models: 140mm, 80mm, 70mm, 60mm and 50mm. Furthermore the same lineup is available with slim profile.
Noctua has also updated the NH-U12, NH-D15 and NH-U14S CPU coolers adding heatpipes and cooling area. In addition all the aforementioned coolers come with SecuFirm2 multi-socket mounting system compatible with Intel LGA20xx, LGA115x and AMD AM4, AM3/2. Last but not least, the company has unveiled prototypes of two upcoming CPU coolers. The first one is based on the award-winning NH-C14S and it will sport a more compact design with improved performance, while the second is based on the NH-L9x65 and will pack a better compatibility with mini-ITX motherboards.
