Anandtech reports that ten model numbers for entry-level Xeon processors have popped up. The CPUs have been spotted in a document that Intel made available to its manufacturing partners. According to latest rumors, this CPUs are based on Coffee Lake architecture.

Intel has been planning to rebrand its entry-level Xeon processors from Xeon E3 to Xeon E. According to the informantion published in a document sent to customers, Intel confirmed the plan. The upcoming processors will feature up to six cores and they will be compatible with motherboards based on the Intel C246 PCH. The main difference between this chips and current 8th gen Core series will be support for ECC, remote maintenance (Intel AMT), different frequencies and TDP levels.

According to the document, the Xeon E-2000 lineup will include at least 10 models and seven of them will feature an iGPUs. The processors will be produced in Vietnam inside the third manufacturing facility. The document indicates that the first batches will be available for the end of June. This upcoming processors will be announced somewhen during next weeks.
