A few weeks ago, we have spotted the first details of the ASRock X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac motherboard. This model belongs to the high-end series and comes in mini-ITX form factor. ASRock has finally released this motherboard and should costs around $200 USD.


The X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac features a black PCB with grey metal covers. As mentioned above, this motherboard belongs to the high-end series so it sports an overcrowded layout and several features. Compared to the previous model, we see a way bigger VRM heatsink.

Having a more detailed look at the board we see one PCIe Gen 3.0 slot with steel reinforcements and two DIMM slots. On the storage side we see one M.2 slot placed on the back of the motherboard and additionally there are four SATA ports. Furthermore there are two USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 and one USB 3.1 Type-C connector. This motherboard is compatible with AMD Raven Ridge and on the I/O panel there is DisplayPort and HDMI ports.

On the back I/O ports we find two USB 3.1 Gen2 ports, two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, two USB 2.0 connectors and two WiFi antennas. In addition there is one HDMI port, one DisplayPort 1.2 and several HD audio jacks.
