G.Skill breaks new barriers with low latency memory kit

With 32GB capacity

When G.Skill isn't breaking world records for the speed of its memory, it's raising the bar for latency instead. The company has announced yet another memory kit for modders, gamers and overclockers. The TridentZ RGB DDR4-4266MHz are now available with 32GB (4x8GB) capacity and ultra-low latency at a tiny CL17 timing. They're aimed at high-end X299 and Z370 platforms.

The kit includes four 8GB RGB 4266MHz DIMMs, which feature controllable lighting in combination with compatible motherboards. The first TridentZ RGB kits have been launched almost one year ago and the largest capacity available was 2x8GB at DDR4-4266. Meanwhile there are these 32GB quad-channel kits as well and they are all compatible with XMP 2.0. These high-end kits sport Samasung B-Die DDR4 ICs and it's the fastest 32GB (4x8GB) RGB memory kit that's currently available. This kit now sports ultra low latency which means CL17-18-18-38 at 1.45V.

As we said before, these DIMMs have LEDs on them, supporting a wide variety of colours and modes. So far G.Skill has not revealed details on pricing and availability regarding their TridentZ RGB DDR4-4266MHz but they should become available next year.
