Bitfenix has introduced its new Whisper M series of premium power supply units that will be available in 450W, 550W, 650W, 750W and 850W versions and feature modular design as well as a 7-year warranty.

The new Bitfenix Whisper M series lineup will feature a fully modular and multi +12V rail design with DC-to-DC switching, active PFC, all the usual protections as well as 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating. The lineup will be cooled by a new 135mm bottom placed fan, spinning at less than 500 RPM at loads below 70 percent, living up to its Whisper name.

In addition to packing six PCIe power connectors, the high-end 850W and 750W models will also features two 4+4-pin EPS power connectors, making them suitable for dual-socket workstations.

Unfortunately, Bitfenix did not reveal any details regarding the price but did note that these should be available soon and backed by a 7-year warranty.
